Robert H. Debbs, DO
      Dr. Debbs joined the University of Pennsylvania Health System in 2000 and serves as the Director of the Pennsylvania Hospital Maternal Fetal Medicine Network in New Jersey. In this capacity, Dr. Debbs also serves as the Director of Maternal Fetal Medicine programs at Shore Medical Center, Inspira Medical Center, and Princeton University Medical Center. Most recently, Dr. Debbs was promoted to Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Debbs received a D.O. degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (1989) and he completed an internship and residency in Ob/Gyn at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Kennedy Memorial Hospitals-University Medical Center in 1994. He completed a two-year fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital in 1996. Dr. Debbs is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and its subspecialty board of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Memberships in professional organizations include: Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOOG) and its Medical Education Foundation, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Osteopathic Association, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, New Jersey Maternal Fetal Medicine Society and the International Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine Dr. Debbs has been recognized as one of Philadelphia Magazine’s Best Docs in the area of High Risk Obstetrics and was a recipient of American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG) Service Award four consecutive years in a row. He also received ACOOG’s Distinguished Fellow Award.
