  • Overview

    In addition to being a requisite cause for the development of cervical, vulvar, and vaginal cancers, HPV is also associated with certain oropharyngeal malignancies and rectal cancers.

    This article will discuss the range and incidence of HPV-associated cancers as well as the relationship between HPV vaccination and protection from cervical and oropharyngeal cancers in this activity.
