  • Overview

Please note:This activity is no longer available for continuing education credit.

Despite advances in diagnosis and treatment, as well as the dissemination of clinical practice guidelines, both the threat and burden of invasive fungal infections are increasing and underappreciated. Dr. Peter Pappas and Dr. Thomas Patterson, pioneers in this field, offer their perspectives on why this is the case and how a heightened awareness of invasive fungal infections is the key to improving your practice.
