  • Overview

This online educational activity provides practical strategies to optimize frontline care for KRAS G12C–mutated advanced NSCLC from molecular diagnosis through treatment and clinical trial referral. Expert faculty examine KRAS G12C biology, reflex-ready tissue and plasma biomarker testing workflows, and emerging evidence to inform individualized treatment sequencing. The program also addresses multidisciplinary strategies for identifying trial-eligible patients, streamlining referrals, and managing adverse events associated with investigational KRAS G12C–directed combination regimens.

  • Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, learners should be better able to:

    • Implement a standardized biomarker testing pathway incorporating tissue acquisition triggers and plasma reflex logic to ensure results before first-line treatment decisions for KRAS G12C–mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
    • Apply current clinical evidence and patient-specific variables to individualize treatment sequencing for KRAS G12C–mutated advanced NSCLC across lines of therapy
    • Utilize a structured clinical trial awareness and referral workflow to match patients with KRAS G12C–mutated advanced NSCLC to appropriate investigational treatment options
  • Target Audience

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of oncologists and pulmonologists as well as all other physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals involved in managing patients with advanced KRAS G12C–mutated NSCLC.
