    This broadcast replay from AACE 2026 features an interactive, case-based Q-Challenge format focused on acromegaly. Participants engage with clinical scenarios designed to assess and reinforce diagnostic evaluation and treatment decision-making. The activity highlights key considerations in identifying acromegaly, interpreting clinical findings, and selecting appropriate management strategies based on patient presentation.     Upon completion of this activity, learners should be better able to:

    • Apply guideline-aligned diagnostic approaches to identify early and atypical presentations of acromegaly in case-based clinical scenarios
    • Use current evidence and consensus guidelines to select and adjust therapeutic strategies that address biochemical control, comorbidities, and treatment burden  
    • Evaluate the efficacy, safety, and real-world applicability of emerging therapies, including oral treatment options, to determine their appropriate use in individualized management plans

    This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of endocrinologists and advanced practice providers as well as all other physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals involved in managing patients with acromegaly.
